80'' Power Reclining Sofa with Heat and Massage, Wall Hugger Sofa Recliners, Electric Power Reclining Couch with USB Ports, Cup Holders, Recliner Sofa 3 Seater for Living Room

The couch itself seems fine. Easy to assemble, relatively comfortable.I'd do away with the cup holders, but other than that I'd give it 4 stars on assembly. We'll see how it holds up.

The recliners showed up early, which was a nice surprise. They came in 3 large boxes and once I had the boxes unpacked I moved everything into my RV to Assemble. They had no problem fitting through the narrow RV door. Once inside things were a little cramped but workable. Assembly was pretty easy and did not take a lot of time. Unfortunately while I was connecting all the wiring one of the wires fell underneath the recliners. Since they were laying with the back of the chairs up I did not see the missing wire. Did not want to flip them into position until I had all the wires connected, due to the space available. I contacted the sellers and advised them I was missing a key wire. They said they would send a replacement right away but wanted me to take a second look just to make sure. I did and with substantial effort finally found the missing wire under the recliners! Finished hooking them up and they were flipped into position. They are now working awsomely! No Issues with any of the remotes as others have had.Great value and comfortable alternative to the horrible jacknife sofa I replaced. They only sit out 2 inches further than the jacknife sofa did. I currently have them sitting without being bolted down. If I would have bolted them in a final position I would not have had any walk room in the RV! This way when I get to my destination I can put out the slide on the RV and pull the chairs out from the wall and enjoy! As a potential safety option I will probably reach behind them and use the seatbelts from the old sofa to tighten them in place while traveling.

This couch was very complicated to put together because of the heat and massage and electric recline, but it is VERY worth it. It is soft and snuggly, it has side pockets to hold remotes and a plug to charge your phone. The heat and massage work well. It even comes with two little pillows that are great for your neck or as an armrest. We are very happy. There is only one thing that stops this couch from being perfect......those awful cup holders on the arms. They stick out like a sore thumb, don't hold any cup with a handle and just generally look terrible. I am trying to think of a way to cover them, but I am coming up blank. :(

Very comfortable and the heating/massage features are very nice. We went rlwith the fabric option because our cat would leave claw marks in leatherette, and it was a good choice. Cat loves it too, she sits right between us.

So I thought these sofas deserved a review base on what other reviewers had said about shipping and assembly. So first, each sofa does come in 4 boxes. As mentioned by the seller these boxes may not all come at the same time however they will all get to you. So I ordered 2 of these sofas and 1 of the 8 boxes came in several days and the other 7 came about a week later. The boxes are just big enough that if you drag them in you house and assemble them they will take up quite a bit of room which is needed to lay out and assemble the sofa. We opened my boxes out in my garage and took each piece in by itself making sure to account for everything in that box. Take the base units in first, left, right, and center. Line them up and then install the 4 anchor plates. Then flip the entire unit over slipping on each left and right arm side. You are now ready to slip in your backs. You are now done with the mechanical part of the assembly. Next, look at your wiring diagram, pretend that you are hooking up a desktop PC. Plugs and ports are very defined and should go together easily. The major wiring is on the end reclining units with NO wiring coming out of the center base unit. Soooo.... if you have done even a minor amount of Ikea type projects and again have set up a desk top computer this should not be that bad.... As for the quality of the sofas? I had 2 sofas bought through Sam's club 4 years ago and was quite disapponted with the fitment and finish on them. These sofas on the other hand were very solid and well stitched. The fabric was thicker also. So all and all I have to give them 5 stars. We had 2 of these up and in place in about and hour and a half.....

Let’s start with the shipping. I contacted the seller for some information on the shipment and was answered in a very timely manner. It came a day early. I was glad I was available and the tracking was keeping me up to date. The people delivering the shipment were very helpful. They placed the boxes where I asked. They are heavy and that really helped me out. You see I’m in my seventies.I got help removing the old couch out of my coach and then getting the new loveseat in. I would recommend anyone to get help with this. They are a bit awkward and a little heavy getting the parts in. With that said I did do the rest of assembling the loveseat together. Take your time, read and look at the directions carefully. They could be better, however I’m sure most people can figure them out.As stated I am older so quality is different for each one of us. Being older I don’t find much of anything made up to my standards anymore. This is no exception. It seems okay, I guess, however time will tell.Over all I choose this loveseat 1) because of it being cloth fabric I’ve had other furniture in our rvs with fake leather and in time it all has problems. So I’m interested in seeing how this will work out. 2) it’s electric 3) has heat, which is very limited. 4) vibrations, they seem stronger on one side more than the other. Just by a little. 5) color, I would’ve liked more choices, however I’m happy with the color I received. They are dark so I’m unsure how much dirt will show.Now for value: “ I “ would have liked to see in addition to the cup holders, heat, vibration a few usb/c and an ac outlet or two. At this price point I’m kind of surprised that they don’t make a bit more effort to check all the boxes.In conclusion I will be watching this product to see how it does and do an update in time. We don’t use our coach full time we take a few good trips every year. Until later.
