Is it too early to buy for xmas and will it keep?

By all means buy now and if you can manage not to sample it before xmas, well done.! It' a super cheese enjoy and Merry Christmas.

It contains milk, no idea of the renet-sorry. Justin.

Hi, Is this as strong as Canadian Cheddar?

To my taste buds no, but it’s smoother and has a longer linger in the mouth.

what date on bomber cheese

I dont understand the statement she made.. does she mean what date is on the cheese? That depends on when you buy it ?????

Fabulous fiery aftertaste

I found it quite difficult to break into the red wax, but it was worth it. The initial taste is light and a little creamy, but the afterglow is warm and moreish. Absolutely fabulous.

Delicious and infused with Chillis

A delicious cheese with a little punch as it is a Red Leicester infused with some Chilli. Delicious and the very slightly hot chilli taste does not linger or in any way spoil the taste of the cheese. In fact it enhances the taste and makes the cheese interesting to taste. This one of my favourites.

Slightly Disappointed ☹☹☹

Even though most people are pleased with this product, I wasn't. Don't get me wrong the flavours were lovely but the thing missing for me was the slightly fiery after taste. Maybe I should try the black heart cheese next time.....
