Easy to install and works great but it’s only been a week so I’ll update in a few months.Update: takes for ever to charge heats up your phone and the flashing light is a bit strong to deal with while driving at night. It charges but will take for ever to get a few percent of a charge.

I was so excited for this product. I unfortunately got around to installing it outside of the return window, so I am stuck with it, but installation went perfectly until I actually had to connect it. The product fit in the tray of my console. The template provided proper placement for screw holes. Screws were proper size and held the tray in great. Where it failed is connecting to the cigarette lighter port. I am not a car person; I do not know proper names, but the plug that I unplugged from the back of the cigarette lighter port DOES NOT FIT in the coordinating plug on the wiring harness that was provided with the product. Interestingly, the part on the wiring harness meant to plug in to the back of the cigarette lighter fit perfectly. However, without being able to connect the product to power, it is now completely useless to me and I cannot even return it (that was my bad, I know). Majorly disappointed. I've tried contacting the company, but since their website gives phishing warnings, I don't have great hope there either.

Item installed just like video. Not hard at all.Clean look. Works like it should.This will not fit plus size phones measure your phone to make sure it will fit. I have one that fits and one dose not it is a Apple pro plus.Pleased with purchase

Easy enough install after watching how to video. It looks good and fits well. And that’s the end of the good.. the bad.. it will work but only for a short time mine made it two weeks. When it did work it seems to cook your phone. It gets really hot. The indicator light is really bright and will eventually fall in . But that could be a good thing seeing how bright it is. After a few days the unit will stop working all together so beware.. I have reached out trying to see what I can do only with no response!

The tray part on the console fit perfectly, but the wiring harness supplied does NOT work on a 23 Silverado with the fold up center console. The plug on the back of the cigarette lighter is completely different than the one they sent and the wires are short by over 30 inches. I just made my own wiring, it's just a power and negative to the wires on the cigarette lighter and reused their plug on the charger end. Anyway this is NOT a plug and play install....but, if you're even halfway handy with wiring it won't be a problem. The rest of the kit looks good quality and seems to work fine, hopefully it lasts a long time.

Edit:It works with the iPhone 13 max but we ended up returning it. The phone only charges if the phone is in just the right spot on the charger. So you get it in the perfect spot and then hit the smallest bump and the phone slides forward and quits charging. We ended up with the charger giving the error flashing way more than charging. The blue light is super bright. Pretty distracting while driving at night.It was fairly easy to install and it’s working great.That blue light bar flashing at night is a killer. Planning to use some vinyl to cover that. It’s blinding. After charging the phone for more than an hour the phone was pretty warm. I tried the Bomely model before but it wouldn’t fit my phone with a case.

The item over heated and had to be removed before any serious damage to center console. Unfortunately I was unable to return item back as my 30 days lapsed.

It was easy to install and being able to have passengers charge their phone with cords is a huge plus. The only down fall is the blue charging light is super bright at night. I covered most of it with a thin strip of electrical tape.
