The most amazing coffee to impress even the snobbiest of your Seattle friends ;)
My wife is from Seattle and always raved about this amazing coffee she found at a small shop in Pike Place. When we moved to the DC area we happened upon it once more at a local bakery/coffee shop (Buzz). Imagine her surprise to find out this amazing coffee was roasted locally in Annapolis. Needless to say this has turned into my go-to for Mother's Day, Valentine's etc etc.All the brews are spot on and simply grinding the coffee fills my home with an amazing aroma. I HIGLY recommend the mass appeal and synthesis but honestly, all of them are fantastic.Cool thing about delivery ... On more than one occasion, I've ordered and received, coffee that was roasted on the day I ordered it.

Fantastic! Layers of flavor. Easy to pull beautiful shots
Complex but easy to.pin point flavor. I am an Illy and Lavazza fan but this coffee is such a treat with an even more interesting flavor profile. The bag is high quality with attention to detail inside and out. Smell of the coffee is fantastic and you actually identify milk coffee and sugar cookie. Lastly it brews smooth. I pull great shots back to back I can not recommend this coffee enough. I am surprised it's still a hidden gem and the word hasn't gotten out.

Favorite mid-atlantic roaster!
One of my favorite finds while living in the DC area is this small Annapolis coffee roaster. The coffees are warm and creamy, and the aromatics are great. Not overly bitter. A great bean for espresso. I use it in my bialetti for great results.

The best. I am from Maryland. I moved to the West Coast and still order my coffee from Ceremony. Ordering on Amazon is super convenient. The coffee is quality and their service is the best! Thank you Ceremony.

Ridiculously good coffee
My local Amish market uses this coffee in their donut shop and sells bags for take home. Destroyer is so amazing it inspired me to buy a Breville Bambino and Breville grinder and now I make my own lattes! All of my friends and family who try this espresso love it. I grind it on 9 and it’s creamy and perfect. Edit: I’ve graduated to grinding on 11; it’s finer but not much difference otherwise. Still perfect, still my favorite coffee ever.
