I've been using this plumper for a few years. It's thick, tacky, and I don't love it for during the day, but I wear it overnight, every night, and my lips definitely stay noticeably fuller and hydrated during the day. If you think it doesn't work, try that. I think it just needs those overnight hours to plump and condition.

Mixed feelings about this especially for the money ..checked out cheaper ones and got similar results.

I really like this plumping lip gloss! It gives my lips a fuller look. It does feel a little sticky, but not enough to bother me—I actually think it helps the gloss last longer. There’s a slight tingle at first that lets me know it’s working, and the finish makes my lips look smooth and hydrated. Overall, it’s one of the better plumping glosses I’ve tried and I’ll definitely keep using it.

I loved the feel and look of this gloss. It wasn’t sticky, provided good shine, and lasted through eating and drinking before needing to reapply. As it’s clear, I also think it would look really pretty over a colored lipstick to create more of a shine. I will definitely repurchase!

Update: So I've used this about 3 times this week (since I've only worn full makeup 3 times) and it's growing on me. By the 3rd use I am noticing a difference in my lips. They are slightly plumper, especially the top lip. Also my lip color isn't bleeding into the fine lines as much as it had been before using city lips. I still don't like the stickiness but by putting this on first when doing my makeup and then adding my lipstick over the top at the end as usual it seems to damp down that stickiness. Yesterday I forgot I even had it on...which wasn't possible previously. I'm going to continue using it and see how it goes.Original Review:I used this for the first time this morning and I'm really undecided about it.The not so great: First of all, it does have a slight sting to it... slightly above a "tingle". I put it on 4 hours ago and it still feels a bit tingly.Second, it's really sticky. I attempted to blot it off after about 10 minutes and it continued to feel sticky. I put my regular lipstick over it in an effort to tamp down the stickiness but that didn't help.The good: thus far the only thing I can say I like about it is that it enhanced the natural color of my lips. They looked like I had a natural/pink lip gloss on.I can't tell yet if it's going to make my lips appear plumper or reduce the appearance of fine lines.To be honest, I'd return the product right now if I could. But since I can't I'll continue using it to see how it works over time for lip plumpness and fine lines. Frankly, it's going to have to do that job REALLY well in order to make the stickiness acceptable.I'll continue to use the product and update my review accordingly. Hopefully it will make the price of the product worthwhile.

This product does not live up to the “description given” I will say it’s moisturising, however, one must continually apply throughout the day. I have been using for 8 weeks & I have seen not 1 single sign of improvement. Therefore, I am not investing any more money in this product!
