Hi , mine has been installed for two weeks , usb not used until today and lasted 10 minutes and stopped working , help please?

I installed 2 last year. All fine

What ampage is the usb output?

I think 2 ? Can’t be sure but so far works fine

Can this be installed a into raised wooden floor without the need of securing it from underneath? (Like drop-in installation)

Yes. That's how I fitted mine. Securing it by screwing through the side of the box
